Firstly I do completely agree with what the above counselor Dr. Anandjee has written.
Only adding on to the counselor, in-case if you have cleared 12th and cannot look back, then though you cannot pursue MBBS and be called a Dr persay.
But there is yet another option, called Alternate Medicines.It is basically healing through other means of therapy.
