Hello
In every job you need to have strong communication skills for efficient performance. In IT industry it’s even more important as you may need to interact with clients from other countries. As you have completed a professional degree course, people expect you to possess good communication skills.
As you have realized it, start learning and improving from this very moment. You may join a well known English speaking institute. Practice following skills daily to improve your communication skills
Best wishes
Dear Friend, communication skills play a very prominent role in almost every walk of life. English, a global language, works as a window to the outer world. that is the main reason why people are mad after learning this language and thus almost every academy/coaching center is minting money. Well, now be on your toes to update yourself in both the respects, i.e. by improvising your communication skills as well as by pursuing your masters degree in CSE [M.Tech. CSE] or may be possible you join MBA. Here are some reputed institutions which may be considered for admission - Banasthali University, Banasthali,,........
Dear Aspirant,
Your problem is a mass problem today. Aspirants feel that having engineering or management qualification for name sake will land them in great jobs and companies will hire them to fill seats and do no work.
I am surprised that since 2014 you have not been able to work on improving your English language skill. By now you must have joined an English training course.
Anyways, as now you have realised that apart from the degree and domain knowledge there is much more which is expected by companies.
Any field you go, you will have to communicate effectively and in English majority of times.
In order to post replies to the question: "i am 2014 passout engineering with cse and my question is that should i get a job in networking field with below average communication skills.whenever i gave the intervinteriew ,i didnt clear it due to my english bcoz i am not fluent with english so plz "
