You continue your job for another year an simultaneously prepare for CAT examination. Good score at CAT along with GD and PI can fetch you admission in a Top B school.
Complete your MBA in Marketing and HR as a specialization preferred. Both will help you in this way:
1. If you do marketing specialization, you can work in the business development team of any big IT company. You would be able to understand the clients requirements and also the same time you can help the developers to develop the same.
2. If you take HR as a career option, you can work with IT recruitment firm in their HR department. Your IT knowledge will help you to go for candidate talk.
MBA will be the best option for you.
