I am confused with your question now.
You have mentioned, you are a BA Literature student. So when do you wish to pursue either Hotel management or a Management course.,As such being a literature Graduate, you have chances of working in the media industry as a editor or journalist or as a translator.
Here I would like to advise you that please decide now itself which field would you like to get into.Since you are already in the 1st year, generally one chooses a specilization they wish to graduate in from the 2nd year on-wards.
As far as your interests in writing poetries is concerned, literature is a good option. Or else, you can begin your own blog too.
In terms of cooking and experimenting with it is concerned, please decide whether you wish to pursue it as a career or are you fine with it as a hobby alone.
Make a decision ASAP, though you can shift from one field to another later, but it would be a waste of resources especially energy put in from your end

Being in the BA Literature, the best option would be Journalism or Mass Communication.
I think you can maintain your cooking as a hobby which will give you more happiness instead of doing it full time in the hotel industry.
Literature and Journalism / Mass Communication are complimentary to each other.
It would best to go for Journalism from good Institutes in Mumbai or Pune or Delhi after your BA Literature.
