- Most employers require candidates to have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, but some prefer candidates with Master's Degree.

- Certification such as "Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)" and "Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)" would be considered as an added advantage.
