The most appropriate time to pursue an MBA would be after getting a work experience of at least five years in your chosen field. You are already a Chartered Accountant and CFA level 2 candidate. I would suggest that completing your CFA all levels should be the very first priority for you, since that will directly help you in your job and to grow internally.
MBA Finance I would not suggest, but MBA in General Management is what I would suggest. By the qualifications of CA and CFA you are already master of the Finance domain and therefore doing MBA or PG in General Management from ISB, IIMs, etc would be the best option.
Building the work experience is also very important for your career where your performance in the job will speak about your ability, skills and domain expertise.
