Now, I always advice people to stick to their field and enhance their education so that they could be promoted in their own work place. In BPO career, you can reach further up with the help of education enhancement. For the time being, you may not get day shift, but when you get qualified as a manager or equivalent, that should not be a problem and the pay package also could be interesting.Otherwise, as I already told you, you definitely could reconsider. The choice depends on what degree you are holding now. In any case, you should go for further studies. Because, 7.5 years in BPO sector gave you good salary. Once you leave that sector and go for a new one, BPO experience may not be counted and therefore you may not get the same salary package. It should be lower. Get ready for that.
