Please note any graduate is eligible to pursue IAS or the civil service exam conducted by the UPSC.
As far as the subject paper is concerned, we generally recommend, that one opts for subject that they graduate in since they have an indepth or thorough knowledge in that subject. In your case, it should be pharmacy. But incase, you think you could manage any other subject, then you could opt for the same.
Please note apart from the subject paper, you would be tested on GK, current affairs and reasoning capacity as such.
