Firstly as far as the eligibility is concerned, your physics graduation is of no use in marketing. Therefore, you are bound to get disqualified on the educational parameter.
It appears that you are not able to justify or answer the interviews confidently.
Why are you shifting from physics to marketing? Any specific reason? It appears that you chose Physics without thinking back and forth as if you just wished to have a graduation degree, for name sake or as a formality.
Just being a graduate of any stream, CAN land you in a marketing job, however please note that you will first have to work in sales since Marketing domain roles will be offered to you after a sales experience and not immediately. Therefore you should be ready to grab and accept the Sales profile.
Digital Marketing requires technical skills as well. Do you have them? Have you taken any digital marketing courses on SEO, google syndication, etc? If not, then these are absolutely necessary.

As you might be aware, your educational qualifications do not support your choice of career. It could be a major reason of rejection in interviews. Although, marketing as a field is very open, and accepts individuals from various streams into it. I am sure, a short course in Digital Marketing will equip you with the desired skills and knowledge.
I'd also reccommend you to take up six months internship in the field of Digital Marketing. It will help you gain some experience and acquire hands on experience of working in the field. Which will further boost your chances of landing in the desired job in a reputed company.
