Hi I am sorry to say: your past and present both seem to be in hurry and without any self belief and analysis you are being the victim of early chaser. I am very clear in saying that you are good at past and future but your present is not defined which is being delinked from such an excellent program-B.E in ECA. No doubt photography is also an intersting field but I am raising doubt in your halfhearted swift from one to other.You are a good student/engineer disclosure is given by you -66% not bad encouraging but fell down due to the lack of confidence in BE or someone influenced you by showcasing you the glamor of photography. I am not criticizing any program rather trying to say that wasting your time in opting another one at the cost of invested money time interest you are not going to test another flaovor.Better you continue your engineering program and obtain the degree it will increase your skills at high exponance and then you target Photography which will give you 3-D view of your photographic career.
