Hello Kaviarasan, What I understand bu your question that it has two parts - One how could you improve your abilities in technical area i.e in software development field. The other ability could be related to your interpersonal skills. Both these abilities are quite important to be successful in life as well as in any interview. You will need to ensure that you have a sound technical skills and update yourself with the filed you want to make a career in.
