This is what I call long term planning. You have a long way to go. But planning is essential so that you are well placed.
I would say, at this stage learning computer languages, and programming etc both is essential. Just keep exploring. When you reach the 3rd year and internship begins stress on overall experience from the industry.
Only when you search for a job or further studies can you select from languages to programming. At that point I feel MCA would be a better option which covers IT, software and programming etc.
