The primary inspiration to become a teacher we get is from our school teachers or college professors.To become a school teacher we require a different qualification. To become a college professor you need to have masters degree after graduation degree. I assume here that you have completed your B.Tech so you need to apply for M.Tech.After successfully completing your M.Tech you need to prepare for NET or SET exam as per your choice in order to get appointed as the Professor in the college. NET exam is conducted for National Level colleges while SET exam is conducted for State level colleges. These exams are compulsorily to be given by the candidate to become a professor in the college.

While from right now you can start to work as visiting faculty with the colleges while you are pursuing your M.Tech.
