I am confused about future prospective career

I have done B.E. in I.T. and have 8 months of experience as software developer . As salary was to low I quit the job and am doing SAP now . I want to increase income so it is good to do mba ?

You are on the right track and continue the current job till getting settled for any new offer or have any firm strategy to initiate any business.

Anyways you are a software engineer and have tremendous scope in India and abroad so nothing to worry. Either you join similar job and get experiences then you switch over to another organization there will be a good hike in salary package.

At home you can device any new software and go for patenting on your own and deal with prestigious company you will be in better position. Parallel you explore the offshore job many software companies look for manpower like you.

Doing MBA has become a complimentary approach for all kind of professional but how it will help you need to think structurally. If you will go for full time MBA program then it will take time and cost both, if you will go for part time there is no impact so need to decide cautiously.

MBA for a software engineer seems to be a launching pad in marketing field so good for you if you think i can justify the marketing career or will explore M.Tech also in future.

Many consultancy agency will prioritize you like TCA , Reliance these are the right choice for you if you explore them genuinely.

Some important clues for you:

1. List the available software tools and it application for the emerging fields
2. Write a good review and publish your thoughts in any prestigious journal
3. Develop a brilliant concept note and propose to any international company/MNCs
4. Make one to one contact and try to get your idea funded which could be taken a giant shape if you are able to convince the world.
5. After getting it sanctioned then you will be independent CEO for your own company.
