The choice between work or further studies totally depend on your interest area.

MBA is a good options to study further for management fields



Taking experience now would be an added advantage for you. You can opt for E-MBA {1 year duration} after 2-3 years of work experience. All repute institutes like IIM's, ISB, IIPM etc offers E-MBA/PGDM course which will help you to get good job opportunities with excellent pay packages.
