Interesting question. But my question to you here is why do you wish to practice in India? You have mentioned you are settled in USA, then are you planning to settle down in India?.
In-case if you are thinking of settling in India. I would suggest invest or learn the art of accupressure from its roots here in India. Though a degree from USA cannot change the basic learning and yes you can practice here India.
But just after a degree, once in India, I would suggest practice under an experienced or practicing accupressure consultant and get to know its demand. And then opt for your own practice.

Let me come to the basic education you have done. You have done BE ECE from India and now you wish to do Acupuncture which is no way related to Engineering ECE. May I ask how did you decide that Acupuncture is the career you wish to be in the future? To me, it appears very risky since you are not a biology student at all and from engineering you are now thinking of an altogether different option.
In the USA, you planning for a BS + MS that is you are now again doing bachelors course. Your BE in India is now a total waste and you would like to waste it too? Are you parents fine with this weird decision of yours?
I feel, you are still not knowing what is right for you and what is wrong.
I would suggest that you should avoid Acupuncture and instead do MS in Engineering, which will give you good career opportunities.
