Are you working as a freelancer or associated with any company presently? Moreover you have said that you are a Photographer but have not said in what area/specialization you are currently working in. Therefore I shall try to base my reply in general to help you work better in diversifying your career.

Diversifying your career means, seeking, creating and expanding your opportunities in your current role. As a photographer you have many ways to pursue this diversification of your career. Say for example, you are currently working as a fashion photographer with a company. Apart from your regular work as a fashion photographer, you can do some modelling assignments part time. Models who aspire modelling require fashion photographers to market themselves. You could recruit models and do photography for them during your free time or in the weekends. I am sure there are handful of aspiring models in India whom you could source for this type of work.

Apart from being a fashion photographer working for a specific company, you can also contact boutique stores to create theme photographs that could be unique to their store. Boutique stores are the clothing stores that design and sells contemporary clothing designs. They particularly attract women of all ages. You could approach such stores to check if they want to market themselves better. If they are open to marketing them, you can sit with them to understand the products they sell and the customers they target. Accordingly you can do photographic sessions in a creative way and not by the typical or traditional type of shooting. You can conduct photographic sessions at a natural scenic place like the beaches or in between a forest rather than within a studio. You are enhancing your creativity in photography and the clothing store is also benefited by using your creative works to market and position themselves better as a brand.

You can also consider moving into other sectors of photography, only if you prefer and have good amount of time. There are fashion photographers who also do wedding photography. You can use the same camera lenses and equipments to do a wedding photography. But in case you wish to do wildlife photography, the lenses and equipments used in here are different from what you may be currently having. So think about this as it may call for a pretty huge investment. So, carve into other areas of photography where you are pretty comfortable to work with.
