 Hello Shalini,

Before I answer your question. I would like to know how many years of work experience you have?

What is your qualification? Which stream you wish to move into?

As far as DBA is concerned, at the max you could get into the development role. Here you could pursue an MCA course which would enhance your knowledge in terms of software networking and hardware and application. You could get into system engineering.

You could pursue project management which would help you undertake projects and troubleshoot. Another option is pursue an MBA in marketing or hr or finance or logistics.

Changing into another stream would then mean beginning right from scratch.

Think and then take a calculative decision.

Wish you good luck...
