Choice is yours. But would you be able to prepare for 12th without atnding lectures? Both entrance exams score and 12th marks are important. Secondly are you willing to dedicate the whole day towards the entrance exam preparation
I would strongly recommend regular classes than a dummy one mainly because of 2 reasons:

In order to post replies to the question: "I am curreny a 10th class studying student and i will be opting for PCM as i want an admission in IT-JEE. So i have a doubt that many student choose dummy schools for their preparation should i also join a dummy school for my IIT-JEE preparation?"
