Why did you feel to so Psychology suddenly being a Computer Science background aspirant? Is it that somebody told you or you just want to do something else which is very away from the Computer Science field? Hope you know that Computer Science graduates have good job opportunities available and excellent growth too in the corporate sector.
How did you build interest in psychology as a career and subject? Have you read about that?
I would suggest that you are changing track of your career and your 3-4 years of Computer Science will come to zero value when you join psychology field. Are you and your family fine with the waste of 4 years and money and efforts put in engineering?
You can do MA Psychology after BTech, however majority of good colleges ask for psychology background for pursuing MA.
You may do PGD in Clinical Psychology, or Diploma in Psychology or Child Counselling or Child Psychology.
But overall, you decision to choose Psychology is wrong and I do not see any base for it.

Dear friend, your eligibility matter depends on the institution from where you plan to pursue your degree, but after getting masters in psychology, you may work as a counselor in an academic institution or may be possible that you get an opportunity to work as a career guide or a counselor in an organization depending on the opportunity coming your way.
