I am doing B.A(hons) economics. It does not match my interest as I find too much numeric study tough. I have always had a keen interest in psychology and would like to pursue M.A in psychology. Do you think it is a good idea? The scope if I divert?

Hello There,

How come you suddenly realised your interest in psychology?. I am sure you might have realised it in the 1st year itself that you are unable to cope with economics and should have shifted to psychology.

Never the less definitely you can pursue MA in psychology. But what happens here is that your basic knowledge is weak and doing a masters for the sake of higher studies does not make sense. Also learning psychology at an advanced level without knowing the base gets difficult as basics are not revised at this level.

Anyways choice is your.

Wish you good luck...
