Only avise, I can give at this moment is think again. And if you are sure of pursuing Fashion management, then ideally it would be best to quit M.Tech and join Fashion management course.
But before that I would suggest, pursue a crash course or certificate course in Fashion designing to know your skills in the said area, before you take the leap.
You could also after the course, opt for a Aptitude test to be doubly sure, of your abilities and interest.
