Nice to know that you have reached the level of Credit Manager in a good bank like OBC. I appreciate your attitude of wanting to study further for betterment and knowledge gain.

Considering your experience as a Credit Manager in a bank, I would recommend two things:

1. Pursue a part time MBA course in Finance. I would NOT suggest distance learning. Part time MBA which is of three years will suit you perfectly and will definitely help you to move up in the ladder or switch job. Doing MBA from a reputed institute is mandatory thing, since not all MBA institutes are good and give you the knowledge which is required and updated.

2. Think of giving bank exams of JAIIB and CAIIB. As you know these two qualifications are top in the banking sector, which will help you to move up the ladder in your current bank or help you to switch banks.

Pursuing education to add on to your rich experience is worth commendable and you have thought perfectly about this at this stage of your career.

I have suggested the above two options considering them as a long term benefit for you.
