Before you start preparing for another course, Think what is the reason for being unsatisfied. if it is related to position or monetary matters, then put in sincere efforts things would improve. But if it is that the course or the field does not interest you, then you could think of another course.
In terms of banking, before you opt for a course, why dont you appear for the banking exams and join in as a probationary officer.
Or else, you could pursue certification or Diploma program in Banking from Institute of banking and finance. http://www.iibf.org.in/
Another option is pursue an MBA in Banking or retail banking or Finance
Choice is yours.
