MCom has become a redundant course now and should be taken only to have a Masters degree status in your profile. MCom is not a professional course at all and the industry demands skilled and professional course people.
Instead of MCom is you are not working, then I would suggest you to do some professional course like CA, CS, CMA, CFA, LLB, etc, which are in demand and known to make good careers.
