Congratulations dear on clearing the 12th exams.
Though I do agree that your marks are lower, but still its time to move on and work hard with which ever field you enter to make a career.
Firstly work hard that you clear your JEE entrance exam with flying colors. Work hard, but be practical and at the same time Smart study. Get your doubts clarified from the coaching class teachers.
Secondly, would you be able to focus on the JEE entrance tests if back of your mind, you are thinking of reappearing 12th for a better score.
Both being equally important, my advise would be to focus on any one at the moment and succeed.
At the same time, I would also advice you to secure admission in regular B.Sc degree or under B.Sc life sciences like Microbiology or biotechnology or biomedical.
Every year is precious, and at the same time, there is no guarantee of desired results in the second attempt.
Rather best would be to accept your score and work hard and prove yourself in the next exam.
