Good that you have planned to work on your communication skills.
At this juncture asking you to join english speaking classes will not help because of lack of time. You better focus on your studies at the moment.
In terms of communication, answer lies in the word communication itself. What I mean here is communicate with your friends in college and area in english and ask them to correct you. This is not the time to feel shy. You can even take help of your professors.
Other way is by hearing some videos. In your free time listen to ted videos. It helps a lot to pick up the language.
