You can get a job in foreign by appearing for Indian Foreign Services by UPSC. However, there is no guarantee that you will be given a foreign assignment.
I am surprised by this thought of yours. Giving Indian govt exams and wanting a posting outside India is difficult and not possible.
I feel, you are thinking something else which is weird. I suggest that you concentrate on indian govt jobs to begin your career.
