I would suggest apart from an MBA or along with it pursue a course in tourism and ticketing. But see to it that the Institute is IATA or UFTA recognised.
Please note without basic knowledge about tourism, pursuing an MBA wont help.
To be a tour guide, most essential is knowledge about a particular site, its history, tradition, cuisine and most important is the local people or agent and markets. This is possible only when you join a tour organization and start researching.
