Hi there,
Thanks for choosing CareerGuide.com!!!
People pursue a career mainly because of a status or a position in the society followed by money.
If you are good at what you do, opportunities follow and with that money follows.
You have mentioned that a CA does not get a job or is jobless. The only reason being, that once a person graduates as a CA, they aim for the sky. They are not grounded.
Remember, even though during the study, students are exposed to internship and article-ship, but they are all experiences one has gained by working under an experienced individual. They do not have experience to function individually.
So once you get a degree, be patient and look for experience, rather than just jumping and aiming for top level positions.
A CA will require only few years of individual working.
Once they gain experience and contacts they can also venture out on their own.
As a CA, you can find employment in all sectors whether Public or private sectors.Remember, every organization, that is into business and is dealing with finances, will need to file taxes and who else than a CA would be able to deal with taxes and budgeting.
So don't worry.
Aim high, for the future but keep track and be patient.Experience is the key.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you good luck.............
Dear Aspirant,
Thanks for approaching us at CareerGuide.com with this critical query and where definitely you need some assistance!
Please do NOT believe in what others say. Chartered Accountancy is a course and profession which will never die. Those not getting jobs are not having the right skills, domain knowledge and employable skills. Few not getting a right job should not be blamed on the profession and the course, but on themselves.
Any course which you do whole hearted, with dedication and passion, will give you status, money and reputation.
I recommend you that you should get focused and do what your heart says to do for your career and success.
Best wishes,
Dr. Anand Wadadekar
