Dear Aspirant,
There are some unauthorised organisations which do such work of making you appear for 12th directly. However, passing in the 10th std is mandatory.
Since you have failed in maths in 10th std, firstly I would like to ask why did you fail? Was the exam paper very tough or you prepared not to the fullest level.
Going for 12th from open medium is not recommended. Now that you failed in 10th, do not take shortcuts since you already took short cut of not studying properly and seriously.
