Civil Services means IAS exam conducted by UPSC Govt of India. Civil Services means you will be working in government clerical departments and ministries or states like as a Collector, Commissioner, Registrar, etc. For this you can choose any stream amongst arts, commerce and science. Generally people studying for IAS exams choose Arts/Humanities stream.
For ISRO, you need to be a Science masters in Physics, or Astrophysics, Mechanics, etc. You need to choose Science stream after your 10th.
