Interesting question asked. But before I answer your query, would like to know how did you shortlist these 2 options. As both require different abilities or skills.
What is your basic qualification?. Reason I am asking is because to work as a fashion marketing personnel, you need to have basic knowledge in fashion. As it is a marketing job, you need to be also aware of the latest trend and what the customer needs. Only then can you market the product. At the sametime you need to learn the art of convincing people, good communication skills, skills in advertising and or animations can be an added advantage.
In terms of admin job, basic knowledge of the requirenents needed for smooth functioning of the organization is a must. In short inventory or keeping stock of goods is the basic job here. This is a on job learning profile.
I have described the jobs at both ends. Now depending on your line of interest in sync with your ability or potentials, you would have to take a call.
