Dear friend, I can understand your problem. you are confused bcoz you haven't chosen any path yet. you haven't mention your education background else i would suggest you some career option. Its not about the right path and wrong path but yes one thing i would like to share, that first you have to decide your goal, you have to decide what is your expectation from your life and then whatever path you choose just give your 100% to it. put lots of hard work and dedication.and one day you will find your destination

. Good luck.

Hello there

Thank you for approaching counsellors at CareerGuide.com and contacting us. I am glad you took the right decision to seek counsellors guidance. I am in this industry over since 23 years and i have seen many students and even mature people having this confusion. But dont worry. All you need is to find the right path matching your skill, personality and interest.

You have not told me anything about your current position. ARe you at school? College? Or at work already? Unless you disclose more info i might find it little difficult to help you. But never mind at what stage you are in right now, you can follow some of my general guidances.

Ask yourself these questions first.
1. What do you want to become in life?
2. Where do you want to work? Do you have interest in dealing with children? Do you have interest in helping others? Do you have interest in dealing with mature students?
3. Do you have any role model in life? Who inspired you so much and you aspired to become some one like that one day in future?
4. If you have passed school level already which subject you like the most? Also think what can you do big using the subject you love the most.

Try questioning yourself on the above reasoning and you will be able to judge your interests. Next, take some of the psychometric assessment test that are available on CareerGuide.com website. This will help you to critically judge yourself what sort of a person you are, and what you like to become in life and what sort of jobs will suit your personality type. After you take the psychometric test try matching the results with the questions above that i asked you to question yourself.

Now you will see more clarity in what you wanted to become. Please dont feel lost in life. Life is big and you have many options to explore. Al you need to do is, continuously explore and experiment to find what you like. Do things you like, study the subjects you love, do things that your heart finds at most satisfaction. Dont ever force yourself into any thing because other people are doing it or they asked you to do it. This is a simple mantra to achieve in life. All the best dear.
