So you are looking for the career shift from IT to Human Resource field.  My question to you why you are thinking to switch from IT field to HR. and how many years of experience you have in the field of IT.  As you have an experience of IT field you can easily make a career in the HR. you can pursue the MBA HR degree or masters in personal Management After completing the course into HR like MBA, MPM or PG diploma course you can join he HR Department of any of the industry whereas if we consider your work experience of IT you will have a plenty of career opportunities to make a very well career in the HR department.  For IT companies it will be a plus point to have an experienced.  Along with your HR course if you take up the course in Industrial and organizational psychology course that will be again one of the added thing to your profile which will give you a good exposure in the field of Human Resource one must have some of the attributes like they should have a good communication skills, should be social, should be able to understand the employees issues and should also be able to identify the employees strengths and weakness and should accordingly work with them.
