Please note that to appear for UPSC exams, qualification eligibility is being a Graduate any stream.
So if parents wish and you too wish to pursue Science, then go ahead and graduate.
Once you graduate, you would have the sense of maturity whereby at that time parents wont object to your future plans. And even if they do object, you would have developed the convincing capacity with strong reasons.
So waiting and building up your base is the requirement of the hour. What I mean here is start preparations for the exam right away, in terms of reading anything you can find right from encyclopedia, to magazines to newspapers, to GK books etc.
