Finding a good job right after completing BBA may be a very difficult task as one might lack the set of skills (communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership quality) that are required to do well in this career path. However, opting for further studies may seem like a better choice as there are great career opportunities lying ahead if one chooses to pursue higher studies instead of searching for a job.

Also, the reason why not everyone finds the opportunities after BBA is that it comprises of diverse fields and doesn’t provide an in-depth knowledge of each of them. However, going for higher studies will provide you more refined and deeper knowledge.

Best course to pursue after BBA

The best and the most sought-after course after completing BBA is MBA. And it is also a great career option after BBA as it provides a deeper knowledge of the course curriculum of BBA, and hence it would greatly improve the chances of getting jobs. Complete your MBA from any reputed college, and it would make a world of difference in landing a good job.

Procedure for admission in a reputed business school is simple, but to get admission in not easy as there is very high competition, and some of the brightest minds in the country strive to get admission in them. The best colleges in India are different campuses of Indian Institute of Management, located in various cities all over India.

Procedure for admission

To take admission in MBA college, you must appear for CAT (Common Admission Test), itis a computer based test. And it scores a candidate based on Quantitative Ability (QA), Verbal Ability (VA) and Reading Comprehension (RC), Data Interpretation (DI) and Logical Reasoning (LR). After clearing the CAT exam, you will be called for the Written Ability Test and the Personal Interview.

Only after clearing the complete procedure you will be admitted to an IIM or any other reputed college. Clearing the CAT is very hard due to the high cut-off percentile, but it also requires good conversational, writing and interpersonal skills. Only then you would be able to get admission in an IIM. Apart from IIMs, there are a lot of other colleges which admit students on their CAT scores. Several IITs too have a Department of Management Studies and you can also complete your MBA from there.
