How come have you concluded you wont get admission in the current 12th class in India.
As a counselor, I am totally against negative thoughts. Why think no? Without even trying.
Being a good student, let your percentage or your grade speak for yourself. Thus I would suggest apply to different colleges in India as per your subject choices.
I am sure you will get into a good college here. But my question is since the syllabus has gone beyond the 2nd semister, will you be able to cope with the studies all by yourself. You would really have to buckle up with the portion. Though you could take help of the professors or join coaching.

Firstly why the sudden decision to quit Singapore and come to India and study? This is unusual. You have been getting good grades now and is that your family is shifting here and so you wish to get into indian colleges?
If yes, then definitely you will get admission into 12th class, however all over India the terminal/mid year exams have got over and colleges will open after Diwali. I do not see your chance of getting admission at this point of time. However there would definitely be colleges where seats are vacant and you could get admission, but the major problem would be for you to cope with the studies already over for others. If you can manage, go ahead or I would suggest continue in Singapore and come next year.
