There are a lot of options available after being an engineer. The further course of action would completely depend on what you wish to pursue further.
Self introspect, as to what you wish to do ahead in life and then make a choice.
Some options you have after B.Tech includes:
1. Higher studies like an M.Tech
2. Management studies. MBA
3. Project management
As a counselor i would suggest, get some experience as that will help you explore your skills, your potentials etc will help you decide the further course of action.
Hope this helps.
Wish you good luck...
If you are satisfied being an Engineer now, the first priority for you should be to hunt for a job. You can devote 3 months for the job search. Please upload your resume on job portals like Naukri.com, MonsterIndia.com, etc. Ensure that it is a very well prepared resume and highlighting your strong points. Also send your resume to private job consultants.
You have not specified which Engineering have you done.
Other options after BTech definitely are:
2. Course in Project Management
3. You can choose MBA only if you do not wish to continue in Engineering field, since doing MBA after engineering immediately, will make you eligible for non engineering jobs like finance, hr, marketing, international business, etc. However you may choose MBA Operations which is suitable for Engineers.
