Dear aspirant
Welcome to CareerGuide.com

We are more than happy to guide you through to a perfect career.

I am really impressed with you. But you have not given much details here. If you want guidance I should know all the details about your education and background. Without that attempting to guide you might go futile.

Anyhow I shall give you some tips;

Please undergo some psychometric assessment which will guide you to know your personality, aptitude, attitude and skill sets. once these things are known, you should know in which field you shall excel. Then you can correct your shortfalls and polish your positives. Psychometric career assessment and stream suggester shall bring your stream and career for you.

Finance sector is lucrative, of course, but if you are not having the qualities which are essential for financial sector, then you will be in trouble. Therefore make sure to know yourself in order to have a great career. Great to have you here. Plan well and excel.

Hope this answers your query. Good luck

Dear Aspirant,

The best option for you is to get a scientific assessment done about yourself and your capabilities, liking, interests.

Nice to know that you wish to remain in the finance sector. I would suggest that for being in the finance sector and have a good position as well as growth, a strong finance qualification is a must. CA, CFA, MBA Finance are some of them.

You can look for career courses in Securities market as well.

To be best sure of what suits you for your career, I would suggest you to undergo an online psychometric test from CareerGuide which will help you understand yourself in respect of your strengths, weaknesses, emotional quotient, etc. and will exactly tell you which stream is good for you.

Best wishes,

Dr. Anand Wadadekar
