Well friend let me congratulate you that you definitely would have thought of future and have completed PGDBA HR along with Hotel Management. And one more thing is that you have completed both of your courses form the premier institutes. All these things are good in your case. Because being married is an additional responsibility. So lets see how we can work on your problem.

As you have completed your Hotel Management wand have 2 years of work experience and as you don't want to continue working in Hotels you have other option is to go for Lectureship i.e Teaching in IHM colleges and you can work as assistant professor and within 2 years you can become Professor in the College by applying to NET or SET exams. The other option you have is you can apply in HR departments of Hotel

The other option you have is by considering your HR degree, you can get into corporates. HR professionals are needed in all industries nowadays so there is a great career scope for HRs at various levels in corporates. While HR professionals are in good demand in IT industry. You can play the following job roles in corporates as an HR.

7.CEO

If you are willing to work in Educational Institutes than you have an opportunity to work as Training and Recruitment Officer.

While if you take a Certificate course or Diploma in Industrial Psychology it will be an adding flavour to your career as HR and Industrial Psychology is a great combination and there is tremendous demand for Industrial Psychologists. You can go for this course through distance learning from Open Universities like IGNOU while working.

Hello there,

You have an interesting line of qualification to help you with future prospects.

Before I suggests you fields, I want you to sit and explore which area would you like to work in and why

As i see from your qualification, Hotel management and an HR. The best option coming forth is working in the HR department of the hotel.

But before that, you would have to analyse why you dont wish to work in hotels. If it is because of the shift jobs, then you would have to look out for some industry.

Other than that,m since you are an experienced person, hospitality industry would be good for you.
You can work in the HR department of hospitals or airlines, that go in sync with your hospitality background.

Other option includes, choose any industry having a 9 to 5 job timing and apply to their HR department
Though initially, you would be taken in as a trainee, once you gain experience, you can then opt for an HR generalists profile.

Right now, best would be to take some time and make a good and an attractive resume and post it on various job portals, like Naukri, monster etc
Other than that you can log into a company website and post your Resume there too. In-case if you know of people or friends or relatives working in a particular industry, through their references also you could find jobs in the HR department.

It is high time that you begin to think maturely.

Now no more shifting of jobs and industry.
Time is now. Whatever you wish to get equipped with, do it now.

Hope this helps your query.

Wish you good luck..........
