From your question it seems that you have already filed up the form and hit the submit button also.


Did you get any message saying you to check or fill in some details.
If No, then the form has been accepted.

The only thing you can now do is wait and check your mail, since if hey reject your form, they would send you a not accepted mail.

Or else best is if you could drop in to the college and speak to the required official, that person would be able to guide you the best.
At the moment you can only wait and see if they send you a notice or justs to be sure, visit the college.

Also check the college website, for an online query, if its there, you could drop in a mail to the authoritites, asking them if your form has been accepted.

Work ASAP, so that you do not miss the admission because of this error.
