As such to be a counselor, if it was your choice initially then you should have pursued a course in psychology. Anyways you could pursue a Pg in counseling.
But I would suggest pursue a course in MBA specialising in HR.
A course in HR, would cover both your interest trainer as well as counseling.
But please note initially as a fresher getting into a trainer position would be difficult. But HR is a way to get into the trainer profile.
Just having a good communication skill is not enough to be a trainer. Getting into the HR field, will get you into different training trainers. Get associated with them and learn.
Apart from just a team player, pursue different certification courses like public speaking, building self esteem, communication skills etc.

Nice to see that you have realised your potential and would like to choose a career based on that.
For being into counselling (of any type) and also looking at your interest in being a trainer, I would suggest you to go for MA Psychology. If you are interested in the above fields, then doing an MBA HR would not be of any use.
MA Psychology and a specialisation of your choice like in Child Psychology, Criminal Psychology, Clinical Psychology, etc. you will then be able to get into counselling formally and also then you can begin your motivational trainership too.
If you are sure that you wish to be in the above field only for life time, then the above suggested ways are best to choose.
