Very interesting career choice. And good that you know your strengths.
As such to be a counselor, if it was your choice initially then you should have pursued a course in psychology. Anyways you could pursue a Pg in counseling.
But I would suggest pursue a course in MBA specialising in HR.
A course in HR, would cover both your interest trainer as well as counseling.
But please note initially as a fresher getting into a trainer position would be difficult. But HR is a way to get into the trainer profile.
Just having a good communication skill is not enough to be a trainer. Getting into the HR field, will get you into different training trainers. Get associated with them and learn.
Apart from just a team player, pursue different certification courses like public speaking, building self esteem, communication skills etc.
