Dear Aspirant,
I am sure that Ms. Deepti must have guided you appropriately.
Just to add my view point.
Getting frustrated after three years in IT has been a trend seen in candidates lately. The passion and interest with which you joined IT seems to have gone completely and you seem to have realised that its not a rosy picture as it was painted in your mind about IT industry and work culture.
Now since you wish to go for non technical roles, taking formal education is mandatory for a good career ahead. Choosing your MBA specialisation is critical since you should not get frustrated again later. Not leaving you job and doing MBA, means you will have to do part time / executive MBA only. I would not suggest distance learning MBA since you wish to change your domain track.
Finance, HR, Marketing, International Business, Operations, General Management are the specialisations available in MBA.
Instead of choosing randomly, I would suggest that you attempt the Ideal Career Test to know your interests, inclination and traits which are required for a career. Based on that, the report will suggest you the best suitable course and career for you.
Best wishes
