Anyways to move ahead in your career, the most obvious choice is pursuing an MBA. Please note very few institutes are there that provides an MBA in animation or the media field. You could pursue those program or you could opt for the general MBA stream.

There is NO use of an MBA fro a technical field and a technically experienced person like you. MotionGraphic and VFX are the hottest technical domains for the media industry and you having a seven years of experience in this is an excellent achievement.
For advancing your career, I would recommend you to keep updating yourself in terms of technology in media industry by relearning or learning new things. As far as qualifications are concerned, your acquired qualifications are sufficient. Your experience will count more now and not your qualifications.
I would again repeat that MBA is not beneficial to you.
