Hello My Dear,

I would like to thank you for mentioning all the details which will definitely help us experts here to guide you appropriately. I am glad that you decided to approach CareerGuide for seeking guidance and clarification on your genuine query. I full support you My dear...

Firstly doing a certification like SAP from an uncertified Institute is a mistake you have committed. However that is not the end of it at all! So relax and do not however feel disappointed.

The reason you are not able to get a job may not be related to your qualification, etc. It may be related to your employability factor. (For judging your Employability Index, there is a fantastic test available on Mera CarreerGuide which will tell you which skills you have and which skills you dont have in order to get yourself employed. You can then work on those and see a difference).

I feel, to make yourself industry relevant and job oriented, doing MTech will be very much relevant and appropriate. PHP technology is losing its value since new technology has come into the industry. Doing a post graduation will be the best option to remain sustainable, employable, industry relevant.

Doing MBA would not be beneficial for you since it will entirely change your career path to a very different field which may not be related to your engineering field. Doing an MBA for an engineer should the task after earning minimum five to six years of core industry experience.

What I would suggest that apart from MTech, you can check with NIIT courses which are highly industry relevant and also placement support of NIIT is excellent.

Best Luck
