Dear Aspirant,

Being a Civil Diploma Engineer, being a Bachelors in Civil Engineering is the best and suitable further option for you actually. Why are you thinking about Architecture, which is though related to civil engineering, is actually different. for example, Civil Engineering is about actual project hard execution where as Architecture is about project ideation and technical soft knowledge.

As far as eligibility is concerned based on your Diploma in Civil Engineering you are definitely eligible for getting admitted to the BArch course, however no where in India the BArch course is offered through online or distance learning method. As per the Council of Architecture, BArch is a full time class room based course and is not allowed to be offered in distance mode. Where did you hear that BArch course can be done through online or distance? Not everything can be done sitting at home by sitting in front of computer.

I would suggest that you should either complete Civil Engineering Degree full time basis or do BArch full time basis.

Best wishes
