As per this question, stream and percentage have not been specified but communication skills are good. If you have good organizing, managing, convincing and leadership skills beside good communication, go for doing management course from good and reputed Institute or University. After this you will be able to hunt good job but when you are going to take admission in Management programme, You should know all information regarding this. There are various specialization in management like : Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Production Management, Retail Management and International Business Management. You can opt any specialization according to your interest .When you are going to take admission in management programme, you must check whether Institute are recognized or approved from AICTE or UGC.

If you do not want to go for study after B.Tech and want job only. In this case, you must understand that you will have to face difficulty to get good job. But it does not mean that you can not get good job, definitely you can get good job. I want to suggest you that on first step wherever you can get job, you hunt it and get experience. On job try to inculcate more and more skills and along with this try to do some certification course in your own field .
