SInce you have mentioned clearing your backlogs, getting job or pursuing higher studies would not be constraints for you.
Only that you need to be honest while answering questions related to your backlogs. If you try to fake an answer or try to hide it, then it may create an issue. answer it honestly, but at the same time show that you have the necessary skills and are hardworking

I would suggest that you should pursue post graduation to offset the lose you have made due to backlogs.
One question comes to my mind is that are you re lly interested in engineering? Having backlogs in engineering for reason that you did not study or did not feel to study is big problem and definitely your placements or job interviews will be affected. Be honest in answering questions and do not try to prove that you are right in this case.

In order to post replies to the question: "i have completed my bcom ( hons) from calutta university in 2015 but i have critical issue that i got 2 backlogs in my 3rd ( 2013), i gave re- exam in 2014 but only 1 paper could got cleared and finally i cleared the rest 1 backlog in 2015."
