Hello Shweta, 

Whether you wish to stay or move from technical to a non technical field, is something you would have to decide.

You have written improvement of managerial skills?. Are you already working?. 

Rather I would say join the technical field and gain some experience. It will give you an idea what is your skill and you could choose accordingly. Associate with clinics or hospitals and get an experience.

Incase MBA then best would be hospitality management, wherein you could join the  administrative department of the hospitals and also work in their technical department.

Choice is yours.
